Our stylists block real time for every guest. The notes below help keep that time fair to everyone. If you ever need to reschedule, just give us a heads-up before 24 hours out and we'll move things around — no fee.
You'll get a confirmation message by email or text 72 hours ahead. If you haven't confirmed by 48 hours out, you'll hear from us directly — that's the best window to reschedule or cancel before any fee applies.
Services that require a deposit will say so at booking. If a deposit is forfeited, a new one is required to rebook.
After-hours messages are reviewed the following morning at opening. If you contact us about a same-day appointment outside business hours, your message may not be seen in time to prevent a late-cancel fee.
